Joining us as a Sales Associate gives you hands-on experience and a strong foundation for career advancement in media sales.\nWhat you'll do\nReporting to the Senior Director, B2B Operations\nUse Salesforce and Google Sheets to create, process, and maintain sales contracts and orders.\nManage pre-sale advertising inventory for multi-channel digital campaigns.\nEnsure all sales orders meet contracting, approval, payment term, and credit control standards.\nCoordinate with accounting to resolve client delivery questions, billing changes, and revenue queries.\nManage the month-end close process for designated account teams in collaboration with delivery units.\nBuild sales intelligence reports for forecasting, commercial analysis, and strategic business projects.\nWhat you’ll bring\nExperience managing sales operations, order processing, or commercial billing workflows.\nProficiency using Salesforce, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Slack.\nStrong data accuracy skills with an ability to maintain clean sales contract records.\nDemonstrated ability to resolve billing queries and coordinate cross-functional revenue workflows.\nStrong written communication skills to deliver clear updates to internal and external partners.\nA relevant degree or equivalent practical business experience.\nExperience in sales operations, order management, or commercial contract administration.\nProficiency with Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.\nAbility to work remotely within the United States.\nWhat We Offer\nMedical, dental, and vision coverage \n401k plus a company match\nUncapped leave\nWhen we hit our targets, enjoy a share of our profits with a bonus\nRefer a friend and get rewarded when they join Future\nWell-being support with access to our Colleague Assistant Programs\nOpportunity to purchase shares in Future with our Share Incentive Plan\nThe expected range for this role is $40,000 - $56,000 with opportunities for bonus and commission\nInternal job family level Commercial 8\nThis is a remote, U.S.-based role.
