  • potrafi kwestionować status quo i proponować uzasadnione zmiany,
  • współpracuje z zespołem developerskim.

  • masz min. 6 -letnie doświadczenie w pracy w IT, w tym min. rok doświadczenia w roli solutions architekta - must have,
  • posiadasz szeroką wiedzę z zakresu Javy, .NET lub Node.js,
  • posiadasz wiedzę związaną z architekturą aplikacji i systemów,
  • masz doświadczenie z chmurą AWS i/lub Azure,
  • posługujesz się językiem angielskim na poziomie min. B2,
  • charakteryzuje Cię wysoki poziomświadomości biznesowej,
  • możesz pochwalić się wysokim poziomem zdolności interpersonalnych, przywódczych i komunikacyjnych,
  • jesteś osobą otwartą na wyjazdy służbowe, delegacje do klienta,
  • praktycznie codzienne wykorzystujesz minimum jedno z narzędzi AI w pracy developerskiej (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code lub podobne),
  • masz otwartość na wspomagany przez AI proces wytwarzania oprogramowania,
  • masz wysoki poziomem odpowiedzialności, ownershipu i odporności w pracy w złożonym, wymagającym środowisku.
