The role combines commercial strategy, senior relationship management, negotiation, revenue delivery and business development, with a clear focus on increasing Future’s share of agency investment.\nInternally you will lead and drive collaboration and stakeholder management.\nYou will balance short-term trading and revenue delivery with longer-term, multi-million-pound partnerships across Future’s full proposition, including digital, print, branded conted content, social, programmatic, data, creative, events, commerce and media 360 solutions.\nDevelop and deliver Future’s UK agency trading strategy across key holding groups and independent agencies, identifying opportunities to grow revenue, share and long-term relationships. Own strategic agency plans, translate Future’s commercial priorities into clear trading frameworks, and stay ahead of changes in agency structures, investment models, trading practices and the wider media landscape.\nAct as the senior point of contact for strategic agency partners, building strong relationships across investment, trading, partnerships, strategy, planning, procurement, data and product teams. Lead senior business reviews, negotiations, presentations and industry engagement, while owning revenue targets, forecasting and commercial performance. Develop a strong pipeline of trading agreements and incremental opportunities, growing Future’s share across digital, print, branded content, programmatic, social, events and creative solutions.\nAct as a strategic connector between agencies and Future’s wider commercial organisation, bringing together Client Direct, Agency Sales, Brand Partnerships, Branded Content, Programmatic, Data, Product, Creative, Commerce and specialist teams.
