You'll join an innovative environment that powers video content across all our market-leading brands.\nWhat you'll do\nReporting to the Executive Director, Studio Operations (Global), you'll keep our studio operations organized, compliant, and efficient. You'll assist with resourcing, traffic coordination, and maintaining operational dashboards for senior management. Daily, you'll use spreadsheets, project management software, and Google Workspace to track budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.\nMaintain studio resourcing trackers, utilization snapshots, and freelance roster databases.\nHelp organize studio operating rhythms, including agendas, meeting notes, and action tracking.\nProcess freelance onboarding, contract routing, deal memos, and vendor setup.\nTrack purchase orders, vendor invoices, and studio operational spending against budgets.\nCoordinate facilities, equipment bookings, and edit suite scheduling for the US hub.\nRoute cross-functional Legal, Compliance, Rights, and Licensing requests to right owners.\nWhat you’ll bring\nExperience coordinating studio, production, or business operations in a media environment.\nStrong skills in spreadsheets and digital project management systems.\nWritten communication skills with experience organizing action items across senior stakeholders.\nAbility to handle confidential budget, contract, and personnel information with discretion.\nFamiliarity with vendor onboarding, invoice tracking, and purchase order administration.\nAbility to manage multiple project timelines and deadlines simultaneously.\nMinimum Requirements\nExperience using spreadsheets and digital project management software for tracking operations.\nAbility to work a hybrid schedule from our New York office.\nWhat's In It For You\nThe expected range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000\nAs well as more great perks, including:\nUncapped leave, because we trust you to manage your workload and time\nWhen we hit our targets, enjoy a share of our profits with a bonus\nRefer a friend and get rewarded when they join Future\nWell-being support with access to our Colleague Assistant Programs\nOpportunity to purchase shares in Future with our Share Incentive Plan\nInternal job family level C6\nThis is a Hybrid role from our New York Office, working 3 days from the office, 2 from home\nWho We Are\nWe're Future, the global leader in specialist media.
