This includes exploring new algorithms, techniques, and data sources\nData Mining & Feature Engineering: Extract, clean, and analyze large volumes of interaction data from various sources to identify patterns and develop impactful features for our AI models. This will focus on understanding how people work alongside AI systems\nModel Deployment & Monitoring: Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy machine learning models into production environments and continuously monitor their performance, identifying areas for improvement and retraining\nResearch & Exploration: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning, data science, and human-computer interaction, and apply them to enhance our platform’s capabilities\nExperimentation & A/B Testing: Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of new models and features, using rigorous A/B testing methodologies to optimize for user experience and collaboration\nCollaboration & Communication: Effectively communicate technical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
