This leader is accountable for the day-to-day delivery, reliability, and operational quality of the systems their team(s) own within our enterprise platform, which serves regulated large enterprises. This role keeps engineering execution aligned to platform architecture, security requirements, and customer commitments, balancing velocity with the production guarantees regulated buyers require.\nThis role owns predictable, on-time delivery for their team(s) against roadmap and customer timelines, grows senior engineers into technical leadership, and drives operational rigor around SLOs, incidents, and quality without slowing the team down.
