You will sit at the intersection of real-time AI, agentic solutions, compliance, and\nenterprise sales, turning a security wedge into a product customers trust with their most sensitive\ninteractions. Your goal is to own the roadmap for AI coworkers as well as the solutions that\nunderpin them. You will operate as a peer of engineering and AI/ML leadership, with direct\nimpact on whether AI Co-Workers reach scale in regulated industries.\nResponsibilities\nOwn the product roadmap and outcomes for the AI coworkers as well as the solutionsthat underpin them like voice, video and image analysis.\n\nTranslate compliance and security requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2, PIPEDA, GLBA,biometric and call-recording rules) into concrete product specifications and guardrails.\n\nWork with customers in regulated verticals, then convert their feedback into a prioritizedbacklog for AICWs and solutions.\n\nDefine and hold quality gates: latency SLOs, task completion, safety and escalationbehavior, and security posture.\n\nPartner closely with engineering and platform architecture on the build-versus-buy andvendor decisions across the voice stack, and with sales and legal on go-to-market and\ncustomer commitments.\n\nOwn the unit economics and pricing model and report progress against business KPIs toleadership.\n\nCollaborate with research teams to craft new solutions to enable AI co-worker use cases\nCraft product strategy to inform leadership about the areas we should invest in vis-à-visnew AI co-workers and the solutions that underpin them.\n\nCraft strategy to accelerate AICW builds using AI.\nMinimum Qualifications\nTechnical fluency and thoughtful judgment about AI architecture choices: able to reasonabout the tradeoffs across the stack (orchestration, model selection, build versus buy,\nself-hosted versus managed) and partner with engineering as a credible peer rather than\ndeferring on every technical call.\n\n4-plus years in product management, including shipping a technical or platform productto enterprise customers.\n\nComfort with real-time systems, Agentic AI, AI/LLM products and crafting new solutionis AI application ecosystem.\n\nA track record of running design-partner or early-access programs and making evidence-based prioritization calls under ambiguity.\n\nStrong cross-functional leadership across engineering, security, legal, and sales, and clearwritten communication for both technical and executive audiences.\n\nExperience shipping or working closely on a production agentic systems, with informedopinions on planning loops, tool use, memory, retries, guardrails and harness design\nchoices\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with voice AI specifically (STT, TTS, orchestration), recursive self-improvement,harness engineering\n\nExperience building for regulated sectors like banking, healthcare, insuranceetc.\n\nWhy Join Us?\nA high-performance culture\nState-of-the-art technology\nExperience world-class leadership\nScale of impact and purpose\nA competitive salary and a huge growth trajectory\nWork with the best in the industry\nFlexible work environment\nDiversity and creativity\nDisclaimer: We do not wish to be contacted by recruitment agencies.
