The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales organization through customer service, quote generation, order processing, purchasing, and vendor coordination. You will work closely with customers, sales representatives, distributors, and technology vendors to ensure a seamless experience from initial opportunity through order fulfillment.\nThis position has responsibilities that include working with a government contractor; therefore, U.S. citizenship is required.\nThis full-time position is on site at our Fort Lauderdale Headquarters. Work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30a - 5:30p Eastern time. Our benefit offerings include Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance; 401k with company match and PTO.\nJob Responsibilities include:\nInteracting professionally with customers on operational issues, projects, and contracts, handling routine matters with vendors, and liaising with internal departments\nBuilding excellent relationships with Future Tech's sales staff, our customers, and technology vendors\nWorking with OEMs and distributors to compile competitively priced IT product quotes\nPreparing quotes, proposals, special bid pricing, and deal registrations\nCommunicating with customers to gather requirements and specifications\nProcessing customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is complete and entered correctly into internal systems\nManaging purchase orders with distributors and technology vendors to support customer orders and project requirements\nTracking orders from placement through fulfillment and proactively communicating order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders\nWorking closely with sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery\nReconciling order discrepancies and coordinating resolutions with customers, vendors, and internal departments\nAppropriately escalating critical issues and providing timely updates to customers and management\nRequirements:At least one year of business-to-business account/service, order management, purchasing, sales support, or related experience\nSolid problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nSelf-driven, motivated, and extremely detail-oriented\nStrong organizational and PC skills\nMust excel in a fast-paced environment, focused on driving customer satisfaction\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nMust be well-versed in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications\nERP, SAP, or other order management system experience is a plus\nExperience processing customer orders, purchase orders, and working with vendors or distributors is preferred\nUnderstanding and knowledge of servers, storage, basic networking, and computers is highly preferred\nKnowledge of IT OEM and distribution channels is also highly preferred\n This position has responsibilities that include working with a government contractor; therefore, U.S. citizenship is required.\nAbout Future Tech Enterprise, Inc.Future Tech Enterprise, Inc. is a recognized leader in delivering enterprise IT solutions and services to commercial, federal, and global clients.
