It’s a role with a lot of variety, but very fulfilling. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be performing various tasks such as:\nWorking safely and within established quality guidelines, without deviation. Completing repairs and upgrades at elevated heights.\nInstalling impacted equipment that’s mounted on various structures such as Guyed Towers, Lattice Towers, Monopole Towers, Water Towers, Stealth Towers and Rooftops\nObserving and reporting possible compound/equipment defects or hazards; following instructions and complete assigned course of action in accordance with scope of work and methods of procedures (MOPs) and track work via checklists\nExpanding and upgrading established major cellular carrier networks; civil work will consist of upgrading and expanding existing cellular networks / sites\nSwapping cellular radios and antennas, making legacy cable plant upgrades from coaxial cable to fiber, site upgrades and capacity expansion; serve as a rescue climber when needed\nMinimum Qualifications\nWe’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about being a member of a team.
