This role requires someone who can independently understand customer business requirements, build and customize demos, lead CXO-level discussions, identify industry-fit solutions, and clearly articulate the ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation journey.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Own the end-to-end SAP presales lifecycle - from opportunity qualification through solutioning and deal closure.\n\n- Lead CXO workshops, discovery sessions, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and solution design discussions.\n\n- Conduct customer-specific SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud demonstrations and DDA sessions.\n\n- Independently build, configure, and customize SAP demo environments based on customer needs.\n\n- Define business transformation roadmaps aligned with customer objectives and SAP best practices.\n\n- Explain and demonstrate the ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation journey, including business and process impact.\n\n- Develop industry-specific SAP solutions, accelerators, demo assets, and value propositions.\n\n- Lead RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, effort estimation, and implementation approaches.\n\n- Prepare business cases, ROI models, executive presentations, and solution documentation.\n\n- Partner with Sales, Delivery, SAP, and alliance partners to develop and win strategic opportunities.\n\n- Present SAP capabilities across S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, Business AI, SuccessFactors, and Managed Services.\n\n- Mentor presales consultants; build reusable solution assets, templates, and best practices.\n\n- Represent the organization at customer meetings, SAP events, webinars, and executive forums.\n\n- Identify transformation opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts.\n\nMandatory Qualifications:\n\n- 15 - 20+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong functional and business process expertise.\n\n- Minimum 5 years in SAP Presales / Solutioning / Enterprise Architecture leadership.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.\n\n- Experience with DDA and SAP demo environments.\n\n- Demonstrated ability to independently build and customize customer-specific SAP demos.\n\n- Strong understanding of ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation.\n\n- Experience with RISE with SAP and SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public/Private Edition).\n\n- Strong understanding of SAP Business AI, BTP, Integration Suite, SAC, Signavio, and Managed Services.\n\n- Cross-industry experience (Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, Retail, or Professional Services).\n\n- Excellent business communication, executive presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.\n\n- Strong ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders and translate business needs into SAP solutions.\n\nPreferred Profile:\n\n- Functional/Business Process expertise in SAP FI/Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or other core SAP domains.\n\n- Experience developing industry-specific SAP solution propositions.\n\n- Track record leading complex SAP transformation pursuits.\n\n- Comfortable working closely with Sales and Delivery teams in a collaborative environment.\n\n- Hindi and/or Tamil proficiency is an advantage.\n\n- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office (hybrid flexibility as applicable).\n\nImportant Notice:\n\nThis is a Presales & Solutioning leadership position.
