on any single individual\n\nDesign, launch, and manage User and Partner Certification Programs, including assessments and recertification standards\n\nEnsure all education content reflects current compliance interpretations and product behavior\n\nLMS & Content Operations\nOwn ongoing management of the Learning Management System\n\nManage learner progress tracking, content organization, reporting, and update cycles\n\nSales Enablement & Live Events\nSupport Sales and internal teams on curriculum for events like Compliance Jam\n\nEnsure sales and marketing can speak accurately about compliance without overreach\n\nOwn compliance accuracy and educational integrity for FutureFeed conferences, events, and live training sessions\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nThis role partners closely with Product and Engineering to translate compliance requirements into usable product features, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to keep compliance and education efforts aligned across the company.\nSuccess Measures\nAccuracy and consistency of compliance guidance across product, training, and internal operations\n\nReduced dependency on founder-led compliance decisions and training delivery\n\nAdoption, completion, and certification rates among users and partners\n\nEducation and compliance programs that scale without dilution or drift\n\nRequirements\nQualifications\nDemonstrated experience with DIB compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST 800-171, DFARS 7012)\n\nProven ability to translate compliance requirements into practical guidance, tooling, or training\n\nStrong judgment and comfort making defensible compliance calls in ambiguous situations\n\nExperience designing and delivering education or training programs, ideally in a SaaS or technical environment\n\nClear communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nCMMC-CCA qualifications and experience as a CMMC assessor
