Introduction Our client, based in Wesville, is seeking an experienced IT Solutions Specialist to join their team. You will collaborate with the sales team and technical division to develop tailored solutions that deliver business value, strengthen client relationships, and expand on the existing regional client base and sales pipeline. Duties & Responsibilities Work alongside the sales team to identify client needs and uncover new IT business opportunities. Carry out on-site assessments and consult with clients to understand their technical requirements. Develop tailored solutions across the following areas: Managed IT Services Networking and IT Infrastructure Microsoft 365 and Cloud Solutions Cybersecurity, including firewalls, endpoint protection and email security Prepare technical proposals, pricing recommendations and solution designs. Deliver client presentations, explain the value of proposed solutions and support the sales process through to deal closure.
