with the Product Manager, Validation Lead, Test Lead, business analysts and developers.\nKey responsibilities\nMaintain the master release schedule across EAM projects and releases.\n\nDevelop detailed schedules covering requirements, design, development, testing, validation and deployment.\n\nCoordinate release plans with the product roadmap.\n\nTrack the completion of requirements specifications, design specifications, test plans and validation reports.\n\nFacilitate release planning meetings and communicate milestones, dependencies and delivery risks.\n\nCoordinate the controlled promotion of software changes through development, testing and production environments.\n\nEscalate issues affecting release readiness or timelines and coordinate their resolution.\n\nEnsure releases follow established change control and SDLC procedures.\n\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in release planning, IT project scheduling, project coordination or a comparable role.\n\nStrong understanding of SDLC activities and IT project management methods.\n\nHigh proficiency with scheduling and tracking tools such as MS Project or Jira.\n\nSolid understanding of ITIL Change Management and Release Management.\n\nAbility to coordinate multiple releases, dependencies and deliverables simultaneously.\n\nStrong organizational skills and proactive stakeholder communication.\n\nPreferred experience\nExperience working in a regulated environment involving GxP or SOX requirements.\n\nFamiliarity with enterprise application programs and validation-related
