ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Stakeholder Management\nServe as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Quality (QMS), and technical teams.\n\nLead onboarding and intake workshops for new laboratories and business groups.\n\nGather and document:\nLaboratory workflows\n\nInstrument processes\n\nUser roles and permissions\n\nData transfer requirements\n\nIntegration needs\n\nBusiness use cases\n\nTranslate business requirements into application configuration and implementation plans.\n\nMaintain stakeholder alignment, document decisions, and escalate governance issues when necessary.\n\nLaboratory Software & Configuration\nSupport implementation and configuration of laboratory instrument data acquisition software.\n\nExplain and document configuration decisions including:\nMetadata structures\n\nCustom calculations\n\nStandards versus organization-specific configurations\n\nUnderstand and document differences between GxP and non-GxP laboratory workflows.\n\nSupport application lifecycle activities and continuous improvements.\n\nValidation & Compliance\nEnsure all application activities align with organizational SDLC processes and GxP requirements.\n\nMaintain Digital SDLC documentation for application changes and configurations.\n\nDocument:\nDesign decisions\n\nConfiguration rationale\n\nMetadata standards\n\nValidation considerations\n\nSupport audit readiness and future change requests.\n\nRelease & Change Management\nReview quarterly and continuous software vendor releases.\n\nPerform impact assessments on for laboratory users.\n\nRequirements\n3+ years supportinglaboratory instrument data acquisition softwarewithin pharmaceutical R&D. \n\nExperience withUnicornand/orBiacore Insightsoftware is highly desirable. \n\nStrong understanding of laboratory workflows and scientific data management. \n\nExperience working within bothGxPandnon-GxPlaboratory environments. \n\nKnowledge of regulated systems including:\nAudit trails \n\nControlled access \n\nValidation processes \n\nRegulatory compliance \n\nProven experience leading requirements gathering and onboarding workshops. \n\nExperience
