Informatics, SDLC, Validation, and stakeholder managementrather than software development.\nKey ResponsibilitiesProduct & Business Analysis\nAct as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, laboratory teams, Quality, and IT.\n\nGather and analyse business requirements for OpenLAB CDS implementations and migrations.\n\nConduct workshops and intake sessions with laboratories migrating to OpenLAB CDS.\n\nUnderstand laboratory workflows and translate business needs into system configuration requirements.\n\nDocument business processes, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications.\n\nLaboratory Informatics\nAnalyse chromatography laboratory workflows.\n\nSupport OpenLAB CDS configuration decisions including:\nMetadata\n\nSample templates\n\nUser roles\n\nPermissions\n\nCalculations\n\nData workflows\n\nExplain configuration decisions to both technical and business stakeholders.\n\nGxP & Validation\nUnderstand differences between GxP and non-GxP laboratory environments.\n\nSupport validated laboratory systems.\n\nCreate documentation required under GxP and SDLC processes.\n\nAssist with validation planning and documentation.\n\nEnsure
