We communicate continuously as a team.\nRequirements\nA background in math, physics, CS, or an equivalent quantitative field\nCurrently studying modern AI systems, and deeply curious about the future of AI\nComfortable taking ambiguous open problems and making concrete progress on them quickly\nStrong proficiency with coding agents to handle the mechanics of running experiments and productionizing results\nThe strongest candidates have experience\nResearching LLM agents\nStudying epistemics: search, forecasting, judgment, establishing truth of claims\nCreating benchmarks, datasets, and/or tasks to evaluate AI systems\nBenefits\nFutureSearch is fully remote. We concentrate in London, with SF and Berlin as our next most traveled work locations.
