If you're ready to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry, push into uncharted territory, and do work that genuinely matters, Future Secure AI is the place for you.\nAbout the Role\nWe’re looking for a DevOps and Infrastructure engineer to join our engineering team and help us build the reliability, observability and automation foundations behind our production platforms.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure problems, improving how systems operate in production, and automating the things that shouldn’t need to be done manually.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn observability and alerting across our production platforms - building and tuning monitoring, logging, metrics, traces and actionable alerts.\nDeliver and own the Classic monitoring retrofit, including synthetic and heartbeat checks and log shipping, helping move the team from manual monitoring to proactive, alert-driven support.\nOwn infrastructure reliability, including cloud infrastructure, networking, environments, configuration, capacity, performance and resilience.\nSupport CI/CD and deployment, including safe release, rollback and incident-disable mechanisms.\nTake a lead role in infrastructure incident response, diagnosing issues and restoring services during production incidents.\nParticipate in the primary on-call rotation and support P1 incidents alongside the Service Delivery Manager.\nBuild automation and tooling to reduce repetitive operational work and eliminate unnecessary toil.\nHelp implement and operate integrations across Jira Service Management, Confluence and Opsgenie.\nContribute to security and infrastructure hardening, including secrets management, patching and security escalation processes.\nCreate and maintain runbooks and help ensure monitoring, rollback and kill-switch capabilities are ready before systems go live.\nWhat we’re looking for\nYou’ll ideally have 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering, with a strong interest in reliability and automation.\nYou’ll bring:\nStrong experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.\nHands-on experience with observability, including logging, metrics, tracing and alerting.\nStrong scripting and automation skills - Python, Bash or SQL would be valuable.\nExperience with production incident response and on-call environments.\nA structured and methodical approach to troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues.\nExperience introducing monitoring and observability into systems where it may not already exist.\nA mindset of automate first, reduce toil and make systems easier to operate.\nNice to have\nExperience with low-code platforms and integration/connector troubleshooting.\nITIL 4 Foundation or similar operational experience.\nSecurity and infrastructure hardening experience.\nWhy Join Us?\nA high-performance culture\nState-of-the-art technology\nExperience world-class leadership\nScale of impact and purpose\nA competitive salary and a huge growth trajectory\nWork with the best in the industry\nFlexible work environment\nDiversity and creativity\nDisclaimer: We do not wish to be contacted by recruitment agencies.
