You will focus on platform capabilities, developer experience, and engineering enablement - partnering closely with product, engineering and architecture teams to ensure platform programs are delivered on time and adopted effectively across the organization.\nResponsibilities\nLead planning, scoping, and execution of multi-quarter platform programs spanning developer tooling, API platforms, data platforms, and engineering enablement domains\nCoordinate across platform engineering, product, security, architecture, and operations teams to resolve dependencies, eliminate blockers, and maintain delivery momentum\nPartner with Product and Engineering teams to translate business goals into well-defined technical requirements, ensuring clarity of scope, feasibility, and alignment before programs enter execution\nProactively identify technical risks, capacity constraints, and architectural gaps - escalating to leadership with clear context and recommended paths forward\nPrepare and deliver concise program status updates, milestone reviews, and investment briefings for VP and C-suite audiences\nDefine and evolve program operating rhythms - sprint ceremonies, roadmap reviews, architecture reviews, and release governance frameworks\nWork with engineering and product stakeholders to drive awareness, onboarding, and adoption of platform capabilities across consuming teams and business units\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field\n6+ years in technical program or project management\nExperience managing platform or developer tooling programs\nProven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams\nStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nMasters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field\nBackground in software engineering or solutions architecture\nExperience with API platforms, data platforms, or developer portals\nPMP, SAFe, or equivalent program management certification\nExposure to compliance-driven delivery (SOC 2, ISO 27001)\nWhy Join Us?\nA high-performance culture\nState-of-the-art technology\nExperience world-class leadership\nScale of impact and purpose\nA competitive salary and a huge growth trajectory\nWork with the best in the industry\nFlexible work environment\nDiversity and creativity\nDisclaimer: We do not wish to be contacted by recruitment agencies.
