Solar Sales Specialist - Base Salary + Commission

TL;DR:We’re looking for a sharp, experienced salesperson who learns fast, solves problems on their own, and wants a long-term role with real career upside. In-office, Mon-Fri, some travel. Solar experience is a big asset.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with qualified homeowners (in office + Virtually + occasional home visits)
• Present solar solutions clearly and confidently
• Help clients understand financing and long-term value
• Follow a proven sales process while adapting on the fly
• Work with a tight-knit, fun, fast-moving team
• Follow up like you mean it

What You Need

• Solid sales experience
• Strong understanding of financing
• Smart, quick thinker who can learn independently
• A reliable vehicle for occasional site visits
• Solar experience is a strong asset

Compensation & Schedule

• Base salary + commission
• Full-time, Mon-Fri 9-5, with some weekends
• Long-term role with room to grow
