You should be comfortable designing everything from early concepts and user flows to high-fidelity interfaces and working collaboratively to ensure designs are implemented with quality and consistency.\nResponsibilities:\nProduct Design:\nDesign intuitive, user-centered experiences for web-based software applications.\nTranslate product requirements and complex workflows into clear, efficient user experiences.\nCreate user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.\nResearch and Validation:\nGather user insights through research, feedback, analytics, and usability testing.\nEvaluate design solutions and iterate based on user feedback and product goals.\nAdvocate for the user while balancing business and technical constraints.\nDesign Systems:\nContribute to and maintain a consistent design system, reusable components, and interaction patterns.\nEnsure designs align with established visual standards, accessibility guidelines, and product consistency.\nCross-functional Collaboration:\nPartner closely with product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.\nClearly communicate design decisions, rationale, and tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nCollaborate with engineering during implementation to ensure high-quality execution of designs.\nContinuous Improvement:\nStay current with UI/UX best practices, emerging design trends, accessibility standards, and modern design tools.\nContinuously identify opportunities to improve the overall user experience across the product.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nProven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, user-centered problem solving, and high-quality visual design.\nProficiency with Figma, including components, Auto Layout, and design systems.\nExperience creating wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI designs.\nUnderstanding of responsive design principles and accessibility best practices (WCAG).\nWorking knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an understanding of how designs translate into modern front-end applications.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, adapt to evolving priorities, and meet project deadlines.\nIf you are passionate about designing intuitive, accessible, and thoughtfully crafted user experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
