Our team builds, configures, and optimizes ServiceNow instances that drive self-service, incident resolution, change management, and CMDB integrity for Fortune 500 clients and mid-market innovators alike.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow platforms across ITIL modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Develop and customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to meet business requirements and SLA targets.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (e.g., SIEM, ticketing tools, HRIS) via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Manage user roles, groups, and ACLs to ensure proper access control and data security aligned with compliance standards.
• Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring, reporting, and platform tuning using ServiceNow best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting configurations, mentoring junior admins, and participating in platform upgrades.
