Product launch\nSupport Life Insurance product launch, repricing, and system enhancement projects.\nGather and document business requirements, process flows, and project materials.\nParticipate in SIT/UAT testing, defect tracking, and result validation.\nConduct data analysis and reconciliation using Excel and SQL.\nWork closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors to support project delivery.\nAssist in AI projects and adopt AI tools like Copilot Studio to improve efficiency.\n2.
