Handle any queries from stakeholders related to indirect tax and company tax.\nFacilitator for yearly tax computation for Hold Co and its subsidiary companies.\nKey liaison to support the annual audit by both internal and external auditors\nEnsure Sub-Ledger (SL) General Ledger (GL) reconciliation relate to both tax and indirect taxes are performed to substantiate the balances in financial book.\nSupervise and support the local month end closing to ensure accuracy of the financial data.\nContinuous improvement to monitor the tax reporting in both local and IFRS17 ledger. \nManage and coordinate queries requested by internal or external stakeholders if there are tax related issues.\nInvolve in UAT and any tax initiative rolls out by Group Tax.\nAs key person to ensure the tax reporting, reconciliation processes and procedures are documented and maintained in SOPs with control and proper governance.\nAs a tax lead for the E-invoicing, SST expansion, Global minimum tax reporting, governance tax framework to ensure the company is comply to all the regulatory requirements predefined by local RMCD and IRB.\nTo participate in any assigned task by the direct superior.\nQUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE\nBachelor of degree or equivalent, in Finance/ accounting, with CITM qualification.\nAt least 10 years working experience in related field preferably with insurance/takaful or any tax advisory / big four consultant firm.\n\nKNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS\nIndependent, committed, proactive, always doing the right things attitude\nExcellent written and
