quality assurance function for Group Digital platforms, responsible for application development, CMS delivery, software testing, release quality and production support across regional markets.\nThe role owns the full SDLC from requirements review, technical solution design, full-stack development, SIT, UAT coordination, regression testing, test automation, release readiness assessment and post-production defect remediation.\nThis role works closely with UX, business analysts, development teams, QA engineers, DevOps, Information Security, platform owners, local market teams and third-party vendors to deliver secure, scalable and high-quality digital solutions.\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nProvide technical leadership for digital platform initiatives, change requests, production fixes and regional delivery programmes\nOwn application development across front-end, back-end, APIs, CMS and integration layers, ensuring solutions meet business, security and operational requirements\nDefine and govern engineering standards covering technical design, code quality, source control, branching, code review, secure coding and vulnerability remediation\nOwn end-to-end
