participation through Group Office Events\nKEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES\nLead the end-to-end conceptualisation, planning, implementation and delivery of key Group Office internal events, including town halls, regional leadership meetings and high-profile recognition events, ensuring alignment with agreed business objectives and audience needs\nAct as a trusted partner to executive leadership, C-suite sponsors, and Business Unit heads to translate strategic business led objectives into compelling live event formats and audience experiences.Establish measurable event success criteria and leverage audience data, participant feedback and stakeholder insights to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve future events\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Communications, HR and Creative teams to ensure unified messaging and seamless delivery\nCommunicate effectively with venues, virtual event platforms and other event vendors sourcing and negotiating confidently on products and services\nTake ownership of project-level financial and management, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor negotiations, cost optimisation and reconciliation, ensuring strong value for maintain effective relationships with key internal stakeholders\nOversee keynote briefings, script alignment, and stage management for leadership presenters and internal speakers\nWork collaboratively with preferred partners to deliver on briefs for promotional videos, post event reels, pre-recorded sessions, etc. guiding the storyboarding, video development and final video editsProvide leadership to junior team members, coordinators, agencies and project teams, setting delivery standards, allocating work and building event-management capability.\nManage multi-currency internal event allocations (including large-scale multi-day project budgets), ensuring rigorous forecasting, tracking, and reconciliation.\nMaximize internal budget allocations through strategic venue selection, vendor negotiations, master service agreements (MSAs), and value adds.\nBuild and refine reusable internal event playbooks, standardised briefs, run-sheet templates, and preferred vendor lists\nMentor and direct junior coordinators, on-site event staff, agency partners, and local venue crews\nLead post-event evaluation and reporting, including analysis of attendee data, survey results, stakeholder feedback and key event outcomes, and present actionable insights and recommendations to improve future events.\nContinuous develop of feedback mechanisms and post-event survey frameworks to measure event effectiveness, and ongoing engagement\nQUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE\nBachelor degree or equivalent in Business Operations, Hotel and Event Management, Journalism, Communications or similar preferred\n10 years of events management experience\n1-2 years virtual event experience\nExperience handling stakeholders from diverse teams across Asia Pacific\nExcellent organisational skills\nStrong communications and inter-personal skills\nExcellent knowledge of MS office (PPT specifically) & event management technology/platforms\nExperience in Adobe illustrator a plus\nAbility to
