This role partners with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality systems while driving adoption of AI-assisted development and digital innovation.\nThe Job\nSystem Development\nAnalyze requirements and deliver scalable system, web, mobile, cloud, and AI-assisted solutions\n\nDesign and develop frontend distribution platforms using Angular, PHP, WordPress, Node.js, microservices, AKS and APIs\n\nPrepare technical specifications, system flows, integration designs, and mobile application documents\n\nEnsure SDLC compliance, security, coding standards, and cloud architecture best practices\n\nUse AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve coding, testing, requirement analysis, and delivery efficiency\n\nProject Management\nManage end-to-end system implementation projects using Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies\n\nPlan project timelines, resources, deliverables, effort estimation, and feasibility assessments\n\nCoordinate with business users, vendors, QA, infrastructure teams, and development teams to ensure delivery alignment\n\nOversee SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities\n\nEnsure proper documentation, traceability, and audit compliance\n\nProvide technical leadership, guide development teams, and support effective stakeholder communication\n\nProduction Support\nProvide production support for frontend distribution platforms and related applications\n\nMonitor system stability, investigate incidents, and coordinate timely issue resolution\n\nWork with business users, vendors, and technical teams to manage production defects and service requests\n\nSupport release deployment, post-implementation verification, and production readiness activities\n\nEnsure proper incident tracking, root cause analysis, and preventive actions for recurring issues\n\nThe Person\nDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines\n\nMinimum 6 years of experience in system development and project delivery\n\nExperience in managing SIT/UAT and production releases\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nEffective communication and stakeholder management\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\nProactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player\n\nExperience in insurance or financial services system integration\n\nTechnical Skills:\nFrontend: Angular, PHP, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript\n\nBackend / Integration: WordPress, Node.js, REST APIs, Microservices, MongoDB, MySQL, MS SQL, AKS, Azure Function, MS .Net Framework (preferred), etc\n\nCloud: Azure\n\nDevOps: Git, CI/CD pipelines\n\nAI Tools: GitHub Copilot (preferred)\n\nWe offer 5-day work, 20-22 days annual leaves, excellent learning & development opportunities and an attractive package to the right candidate.\nInformation collected will be treated in strict confidence and used solely for recruitment purpose.
