Partner with business and IT stakeholders to analyze requirements, coordinate development activities, and ensure the successful implementation of scalable and high-quality solutions.\nThe Job\nSystem Analysis & Development\nGather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.\nPrepare functional specifications, user stories, process flows, interface specifications, and supporting documentation.\n\nPerform hands-on application development, coding, unit testing, and system integration activities.\n\nDevelop and maintain web and mobile applications using Angular, Ionic, TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, and related technologies.\n\nEnsure compliance with SDLC standards, security requirements, and development best practices.\n\nCoordinate SIT, UAT, defect tracking, and production deployment activities.\n\nParticipate in end-to-end system implementation projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.\n\nLeverage AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve coding efficiency, requirement analysis, testing, and documentation quality.\n\nProduction Support\nProvide application support for frontend distribution platforms and related systems.\n\nInvestigate production incidents, analyze root causes, and coordinate issue resolution with relevant teams.\n\nMonitor application performance and support service request handling.\n\nAssist with release deployment, post-implementation verification, and production readiness activities.\n\nTrack incidents and defects, ensuring appropriate preventive and corrective actions are implemented.\n\nThe Person\nDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.\n\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in system analysis, requirement gathering, and application development.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.\n\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\n\nProactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.\n\nExperience in insurance, financial services, or digital platform projects is an advantage.\n\nTechnical Skills:\nKnowledge of Angular, Ionic, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.\n\nUnderstandings of REST APIs, system integration, and microservices concepts.\n\nFamiliarity with databases such as MongoDB and MS SQL.\n\nExposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.\n\nExperience with Git, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.\n\nExposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot is a
