required to perform UAT/SIT \nAble to use existing automation tools to execute huge or complex cases, analyst the automation results and summary to a clear user report. \nAble to debug and enhance the automation scripts basic on requirement needs \nAble to use PythonVBA to design automation tools to facilitate work \nExecute test scripts and Document defects to support project roll-out \nReport test results and defect logs in an efficient and detail manner \nFollow up with FWD BU IT Team to resolve the defects \nWork with different internal parties to ensure the testing is carried out correctly \nProvide end-to-end automation solution for difference insurance systems and business data flows \nProvide ad-hoc support when required \n\nKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS\nComplete cases execution on time \nAble to analyst testing results and identify the root cause \nAble to execute test case using automation tools \n\nEXTERNAL & INTERNAL CONTACTS\nCTC Testing manager \nCTC Testing automation team \nCTC BA & development team \nBU Business teams, BA's and other BU stakeholders \nGO Technical support teams \nDECISION MAKING\nRecommend automation technical solution or design for each kind of testing platform \nEstimate automation execution strategy and complete timeline. \nQUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE\nBachelor's or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar is preferred \nTester or automation experience, insurance industry is preferred \nKNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS\nFamiliar with Python language, Selenium and Appium mechanism is preferred \nKnow basic insurance knowledge. \nDetail-minded and responsible \nProficient in MS Office \n\nCOMPETENCIES\nAble to use various automation schemes to complete test tasks efficiently and quickly \nFast learning and willing to learn is preferred \nA good team player \nGood communication and interpersonal skills \nGood command of both reading and written English \nAbility to work under
