This position is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, installation and testing of all those systems.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nInspect, troubleshoot, maintain, repair, remove, install and test all gas turbine and propulsion-related systems\nSupport gas turbine engine maintenance and repair requirements\nProvide hands-on cleaning, inspections for all systems and report back accordingly\nIn charge of propulsion availability recovery\nPrioritize maintenance tasks based on operational needs, system readiness, and safety considerations.\nManage the scheduling and execution of preventative, corrective, and emergent maintenance activities.\nImplement and manage maintenance quality assurance practices to ensure conformance to technical, safety, and procedural standards\nEvaluate performance, maintain accountability, and foster a culture of safety and high technical standards\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mission focus across the team\nOther duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions, as assigned\nRequirements & Qualifications\nEducation:\nHigh School Degree Required\nNAVSEA GS A-School or equivalent required\nLicenses & Certifications:\nActive Secret Security Clearance\nCOEM connector specific training required\nExperience:\nFive to seven (5-7) years of experience in similar role \nAt least five (5) years of experience with gas turbines, aviation, marine propulsion or mechanical maintenance \nSkills & Abilities\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.\nFamiliarity with maintenance documentation, inspection processes, safety procedures, and technical work instructions\nAbility to hold yourself and others accountable on short-term and long-term goals\nSuperior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks\nHigh level problem-solving and communication skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities\nProject management principles and practices \nAbility to work with various levels of personnel including senior leadership\nUse of
