improvement across the maintenance workforce.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nDevelop, implement, and manage comprehensive quality control programs supporting maintenance, repair, and modification activities\nLead and mentor maintenance personnel in the proper application of quality standards, inspection criteria, and verification procedures\nEstablish and monitor quality performance expectations across all maintenance functions\nConduct inspections, audits, and evaluations of maintenance processes, tools, documentation, and completed work packages\nValidate that repairs, component replacements, and system modifications meet defined quality standards and workmanship requirements\nReview maintenance logs, checklists, and technical documentation for completeness and accuracy\nApply and enforce workmanship standards, including: J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620\nUse current Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) certifications to perform inspections, identify defects, and verify the integrity of materials and components\nEnsure maintenance personnel understand and correctly apply these standards in daily technical work.\nIdentify quality issues, non-conformances, and trends that impact maintenance performance.\nLead root-cause analyses and implement corrective and preventative actions\nIntroduce process improvements to enhance accuracy, safety, efficiency, and documentation quality.\nSupport the proper execution and verification of preventative maintenance activities\nEnsure preventative maintenance tasks are documented correctly and validated through quality checks.\nCollaborate with maintenance supervisors to embed quality checkpoints into daily maintenance operations\nProvide training and mentorship to technicians and inspectors on quality requirements, inspection techniques, and workmanship standards\nSupport qualification tracking and competency development for maintenance and quality personnel.\nPromote a culture of precision, accountability, and quality awareness\nEnsure all maintenance and inspection actions conform to established safety procedures and operational policies\nIdentify potential hazards related to workmanship, tooling, material condition, or procedural lapses and implement corrective measures\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mission focus across the team\nOther duties as related to the business functions of FWG Solutions, as assigned\n\nRequirements & Qualifications\nEducation:\nHigh School Degree Required\nLicenses & Certifications:\nActive Secret Security Clearance\nAbility to obtain and maintain any required security clearance for facility, vessel, or platform access.\nMust possess current Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) certifications\nExperience:\nFive (5) or more years performing maintenance, repair, or modification of aircraft or U.S. Navy shipboard mechanical systems\nFive (5) years of concurrent experience supervising maintenance and repair activities in these environments\nStrong technical background with direct exposure to inspection, verification, and maintenance quality standards\nExtensive experience developing, implementing, and managing quality control programs within a maintenance environment.\nEssential familiarity with: J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620\nProven ability to identify quality issues, analyze root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.\nTechnical training in mechanical systems, quality assurance, inspection methods, or related maintenance disciplines preferred.\nSkills & Abilities\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nDemonstrated ability to lead quality teams and collaborate effectively with maintenance leadership.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings, preparing reports, and coaching personnel\nHigh attention to detail and the ability to maintain objectivity during inspections.\nHigh level problem-solving and communication skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities\nAbility to work with various levels of personnel including senior leadership\nUse of Microsoft Office software applications to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nOther:\nThis position includes physical activity, personnel must be able to work in environments with
