You will work closely with Engineering, Analytics, Data, Architecture, Governance, and Business teams to build a scalable and trusted enterprise analytics ecosystem.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization for enterprise BI and analytics platforms.\n\n- Drive Semantic Layer, Semantic Models, Semantic Metadata, Metrics Layer, Metrics Management, and Metrics-as-a-Service capabilities.\n\n- Establish a unified metrics layer - single source of truth across Tableau, Power BI, and downstream applications.\n\n- Drive BI platform adoption, migration, consolidation, rationalization, self-service analytics, governed reporting, and embedded analytics.\n\n- Work with Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Platform, Data Governance, and Architecture teams on enterprise BI solutions.\n\n- Collaborate on modern data platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, Data Mesh, Cloud Data Platforms, and Enterprise Data Catalogs.\n\n- Define and govern business metrics, dimensions, measures, data models, semantic models, and reporting standards.\n\n- Identify and prioritize BI technical debt including legacy workbooks, deprecated extracts, redundant datasets, and duplicate data models.\n\n- Lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, requirements, user research, delivery, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.\n\n- Manage cross-functional dependencies and influence senior stakeholders across engineering, data, business, and governance teams.\n\n- Lead Agile activities including Jira, Confluence, sprint planning, backlog management, product reviews, demos, and roadmap planning.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- Strong Product Strategy, Product Roadmap, Stakeholder Management, Agile, and cross-functional leadership experience.\n\n- Strong enterprise experience with Business Intelligence, BI Platforms, Data Analytics, and Analytics Products.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Tableau and Power BI.\n\n- Strong understanding of Semantic Layer, Semantic Metadata, Semantic Models, Metrics Layer, Metrics-as-a-Service, Metrics Management, and BI Governance.\n\n- Experience with Metrics View, Cube, AtScale, dbt Metrics, or equivalent semantic -
