If yes, join our team!\n\nWe are looking for a AI Data Scientist with 3+ years of professional experience in implementing Python ML alghoriths for computer vision, BigData, LLM and model deployment in production systems.\n\nThis is what we expect from you:\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nReview and produce solution designs for AI applications\n\nServe as a tech lead for the team to support them in a scrum agile methodology to validate assumptions, estimate, identify dependencies, identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers, enforce process, coding and quality best practices, and support the Agile release process.\n\nCollaborate with developers to resolve complex issues and generate innovative solutions using AI.\n\nEstimate features in Scrum Agile methodology.\n\nDevelop and code new services or proofs of concept as required.\n\nDebug and help the team navigate complex issues.\n\nCommunicate and represent the team in front of the client.\n\nMust Skills:\n\nExperience on RAG projects using unstructured data.\n\nProduction experience of building computer vision models CNN, GAN or equivalent.\n\nExperience AI frameworks, Pytorch, Tensorflow, Langchain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Langfuse.\n\nExperience with ML concepts: supervised/unsupervised learning, train/validation/test splits, overfitting, regularization, and common metrics (precision, recall, F1, ROC-AUC, etc.)\n\nApply core ML concepts to evaluate and improve agent performance, including dataset curation and bias/safety checks\n\nExperience building LLM-powered applications end-to-end: from idea → prototype → production\n\nFine-tuning / adapters / instruction-tuning, or experience with RAG as an alternative.\n\nDeploy and operate AI services in production, establishing CI/CD pipelines, observability, logging, and tracing\n\nWork closely with product managers and stakeholders to shape requirements, translate them into agent capabilities, and manage expectations\n\nExperience with managing work and releases in Jira.
