As an Accountant,you will be responsible for reporting, collecting, tracking and reconciling payments/invoices. You will be collaborating with our Head of Accounting along with our other global offices.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices and reconcile payments promptly and accurately
- Verify supporting documents for proper payment execution
- Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Perform various ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounting
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP accounting software (nice to have)
- Experience with invoicing, payments sorting and tracking
- Experience with generating accounting reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Fluency in English & Russian is required. Knowledge of Greek is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues when needed
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of financial information
