The role combines client support, payment and document handling, and administrative tasks.\nResponsibilities\nProvide client support via live chat, email, messengers, and phone\nHandle deposit and withdrawal requests and investigate payment delays\nAssist clients with account-related questions and trading platforms, including MT4, MT5, and cTrader\nReview and verify client documents in line with internal procedures\nResolve complex client cases, complaints, and disputed situations\nCoordinate with Payments, Compliance, Dealing, and other internal departments\nInform clients about promotions, campaigns, and company updates\nManage and distribute incoming requests to the relevant teams\nMaintain accurate client records and update information in internal systems\nWork with helpdesk and CRM systems to track, manage, and follow up on client requests\nRequirements\nNative or fluent Russian/Ukrainian\nAdvanced English level\nPrevious experience in customer support, client service, or back-office operations\nGood understanding of how a forex broker operates, including client registration, account verification, trading, deposits, and withdrawals\nKnowledge of trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4 (MT4), MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and cTrader\nUnderstanding of payment methods commonly used across CIS markets, including cryptocurrency, P2P transfers, local bank cards, bank transfers, and local payment systems\nExperience working with helpdesk and CRM systems, such as SugarCRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms\nStrong communication skills and the ability to handle difficult clients professionally\nAttention to detail, responsibility, and a problem-solving mindset\nAbility to work on-site in Limassol and adapt to a shift schedule if required\nValid right to work in Cyprus\nNice to have\nPrevious experience working for a forex broker or another financial services company, which is a significant advantage\nPractical experience with payment processing, P2P transactions, cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals, and troubleshooting payment issues in CIS markets\nExperience with ticketing and customer support platforms such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar systems\nExperience with KYC verification and client account administration\nSales, retention, or client relationship management experience\nInterview steps\nRecruiter screen (~30 minutes)
