some exciting products.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain automated tests for fintech trading platforms\nMaximize automation coverage to reduce manual testing effort and increase the speed of detecting software defects\nExecute backend testing to ensure data validation and frontend-to-backend consistency\nPerform end-to-end and integration testing across internal and third-party applications\nDebug, document, and track issues using bug-tracking tools, collaborating with developers for rapid resolution\nContinuously improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the software development cycle\nCollaborate with product managers and developers to align testing with requirements and use cases\nShare insights and best practices on testing with the team and stakeholders, contributing to the growth of team expertise and efficiency\nPromote best practices and mentor engineers of all levels to foster a high-performance QA culture\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Test Automation\nSolid knowledge of Test Theory and the ability to apply it in practice\nStrong attention to detail with an analytical and problem-solving mindset\nProactive approach with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams\nExperience in some of the following will be considered an advantage: JS/TS, Python, C#\nExperience with Git\nEnglish communication skills, both written and verbal\nNice to have\nFamiliarity with trading or investing\nUniversity Degree in Computer Science or other
