(IDP) for an opportunity with our end client, Accenture.\nThe ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working with Harness IDP, along with knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and automation.\nThe role involves developing and maintaining tools and infrastructure that support software development, improving deployment processes, and ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes.\n\nWork with Harness Internal Developer Portal (IDP) to support and improve developer workflows.\n\nCreate, manage, and optimize continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.\n\nEnsure smooth, secure, and scalable application deployment processes.\n\nWork with container orchestration platforms and cloud infrastructure environments.\n\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and deployment-related issues.\n\nCollaborate with development, operations, and cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and efficiency.\n\nEvaluate existing infrastructure, tools, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nImplement automation and infrastructure-as-code practices where applicable.\n\nParticipate actively in technical discussions and contribute solutions to complex operational challenges.\n\nSupport junior team members in understanding DevOps processes and best practices.\n\nMaintain technical documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.\n\nWork independently and develop subject matter expertise in the assigned technology.\n\nRequirements\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nMandatory Skills\nMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Harness Internal Developer Portal (IDP).\n\nStrong understanding of development infrastructure and deployment workflows.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot technical issues and support development teams.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nGood-to-Have Skills\nExperience with DevOps practices and methodologies.\n\nKnowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools.\n\nExperience with container orchestration platforms.\n\nUnderstanding of cloud infrastructure management.\n\nExperience designing secure and scalable deployment pipelines.\n\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation frameworks.\n\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.\n\nEducation & Experience\n3-8 years of overall professional experience.\n\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in Harness Internal Developer Portal (IDP).\n\nMinimum 15 years of full-time
