The ideal candidate will excel at eliciting functional requirements, mapping complex business processes, and translating stakeholder needs into actionable technical user stories. You will ensure alignment between business strategy and Salesforce implementation, guiding features from initial discovery through to successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nKey Responsibilities\nFacilitate discovery sessions and workshops with business stakeholders, product owners, and executive sponsors to uncover functional needs.\nTranslate complex business requirements into detailed technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.\nManage the product backlog by prioritizing user stories in collaboration with Project Managers and Solution Architects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nDesign to-be business processes and map out gap analyses to determine how Salesforce can solve business pain points natively or through customization.\n Own the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, including writing comprehensive test scripts, coordinating testing with business users, and managing defect triage.\nDevelop training materials and conduct enablement sessions for end-users to maximize Salesforce adoption and change management success.\nCollaborate closely with developers and QA teams to provide functional clarity during the build and sprint cycles.\nRequirements\nRequirements\n4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, with at least 3+ dedicated years implementing Salesforce CPQ and Billing.\n\nStrong proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Custom Objects) alongside technical scripting knowledge in JavaScript and Apex.\n\nDeep understanding of subscription billing models, revenue scheduling, invoicing rules, and tax calculation integrations (e.g., Avalara).\n\nMandatory certification: Salesforce CPQ Specialist.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) or Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.\n\nPrior consulting or enterprise experience managing multi-currency, multi-entity global CPQ and Billing deployments.\n\nBenefits\n4 to 8 years of hands-on IT experience, with at least 4+ dedicated years working explicitly as a Business Analyst on Salesforce platform implementations.\n Strong proficiency in business process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro, Visio) and Agile management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).\n Deep understanding of core Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud,
