The ideal candidate will configure smart scheduling policies, customize work order flows, and build automated processes to streamline field dispatching, asset tracking, and mobile app usage.\nKey Responsibilities\nConfigure and customize core SFS elements, including Service Resource profiles, Skills, Operating Hours, Service Territories, and Work Order hierarchies.\nOptimize the Dispatcher Console by setting up advanced Scheduling Policies, Routing Rules, Service Objectives, and Work Rules.\nBuild and deploy custom configurations for the Salesforce Field Service Mobile App, including offline layouts, quick actions, and automated flows.\n Develop programmatic solutions using Apex triggers, batch classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to handle complex, bespoke scheduling logic.\nManage inventory tracking modules, configuring product requests, transfers, stock locations, and return orders.\nCollaborate with operations and dispatch teams to reduce travel time, improve first-time fix rates, and automate preventive maintenance schedules.\nSupport end-to-end testing, including mobile offline simulation, optimization run validation, and production deployment.\nRequirements\n4 to 7 years of core Salesforce development and configuration experience, with 3+ dedicated years delivering Salesforce Field Service solutions.\n Strong proficiency in SFS scheduling optimization engine configurations alongside standard declarative features (Flows) and Apex scripting.\nDeep understanding of field operations, asset management, preventative maintenance lifecycles, and mobile sync behaviors.\nMandatory certification:Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant.\nPreferred Qualifications\n Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.\n Prior consulting experience managing global field operations with complex shifts, multi-level resource skills, and high volume dispatch
