applications and modules.\nThe role involves end-to-end ServiceNow development, including service catalogue configuration, workflow automation, scripting, third-party integrations, testing, and application support.\nThe selected candidate will work across the complete development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables while following established development standards and processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and service catalogues.\n\nDesign and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.\n\nWork on ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and FSM modules.\n\nDevelop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with external applications using REST APIs and other integration technologies.\n\nPerform requirement analysis, feasibility assessments, and technical estimations.\n\nConfigure and customize Agent Workspace based on business requirements.\n\nHandle incident, request, and case management processes.\n\nManage ServiceNow Update Sets and release deployments.\n\nPrepare technical documentation and maintain configuration changes.\n\nDevelop unit test cases and perform unit and integration with technical and functional teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions.\n\nRequirements\n3-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization.\n\nStrong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Service Catalogue development.\n\nGood understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and/or FSM modules.\n\nProficiency in ServiceNow scripting and configuration, including:\nBusiness Rules\n\nClient Scripts\n\nUI Policies\n\nWorkflows\n\nAgent Workspace\n\nExperience in ServiceNow Update Sets and release management.\n\nWorking knowledge of REST API integrations and third-party system connectivity.\n\nUnderstanding of software configuration management tools and processes.\n\nKnowledge of SDLC, software estimation techniques, and quality processes.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS.\n\nExperience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications such as SAP.\n\nKnowledge of SAP CPI or similar integration technologies.\n\nExperience in ServiceNow UI development and
