The ideal candidate will build end-to-end platform configurations, automated workflows, and complex enterprise integrations.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and customize ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog).\n\nImplement and support ITOM capabilities, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and MID Server Administration.\n\nConfigure CMDB and CSDM alignment to ensure data quality, health, and governance.\n\nImplement HAM/HAM Pro lifecycle processes, including procurement, inventory management, stockrooms, and audits.\n\nDevelop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and IntegrationHub workflows.\n\nBuild and manage REST/SOAP web service integrations and Scripted APIs.\n\nRequirements\n6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development and customization.\n\nStrong technical scripting background in JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow API frameworks.\n\nProven experience across ITSM, ITOM (Discovery/Service Mapping), CMDB/CSDM, and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).\n\nHands-on experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP web services, and MID Server setup.\n\nStrong understanding of ITIL v4 processes and Agile software development practices.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nCertified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).\n\nCIS certifications in ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, or Hardware Asset Management (HAM).\n\nExperience with HAM Pro implementation, SAM Pro, or ITAM
