expertise in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), platform configuration, customization, and workflow development.\nThe consultant will be responsible for developing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting ServiceNow GRC solutions that help organizations manage risks, controls, compliance requirements, and governance processes.\nThe ideal candidate should have hands-on ServiceNow development experience and be comfortable collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC/IRM applications and modules.\n\nImplement and enhance risk management, compliance management, and control management workflows.\n\nDevelop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and other ServiceNow platform components.\n\nConfigure workflows and automate business processes using ServiceNow Flow Designer.\n\nSupport risk assessments, compliance activities, and issue management processes.\n\nCustomize ServiceNow forms, tables, UI Policies, and related platform functionalities.\n\nIntegrate ServiceNow GRC with other enterprise applications using REST APIs and integration capabilities.\n\nTroubleshoot application issues and resolve configuration, scripting, and workflow defects.\n\nCollaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders to understand technical requirements.\n\nParticipate in unit testing, integration testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.\n\nImplement enhancements and improvements to existing ServiceNow GRC solutions.\n\nMaintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, integrations, and development activities.\n\nFollow ServiceNow development standards and Verification: Mandatory\n\nShift Timing: Not Specified\n\nRequirements\nRequired Skills & Experience\n6+ years of total IT experience, including 3+ years of relevant ServiceNow GRC development experience.\n\nHands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.\n\nStrong understanding of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).\n\nExperience with ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and customization.\n\nProficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.\n\nExperience developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.\n\nKnowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer and workflow automation.\n\nUnderstanding of risk management, compliance management, control management, and issue management processes.\n\nExperience troubleshooting ServiceNow platform issues and implementing enhancements.\n\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs.\n\nExperience with testing, deployments, and post-implementation support.\n\nStrong analytical, debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with ServiceNow Policy and Compliance Management.\n\nKnowledge of Risk Management and Audit Management modules.\n\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).\n\nExperience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub.\n\nUnderstanding of enterprise GRC frameworks and compliance processes.\n\nExperience working on enterprise ServiceNow implementations.\n\nAdditional Requirements\nWillingness to work
