The ideal candidate will focus on advanced scripting, workflow automation, third-party discovery integrations, and optimizing backend reconciliation engines.\nKey Responsibilities\nWrite and maintain complex Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Actions within the SAM application.\n\nDesign and implement automated software request and reclamation workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.\n\nCreate Service Catalog items for software requests with complex client-side validations.\n\nConfigure and troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM, JAMF, and third-party inventory integrations.\n\nBuild REST/SOAP integrations to connect ServiceNow with external publisher portals and procurement systems.\n\nOptimize background jobs, reconciliation engines, and scheduled scripts;
