Architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), platform architecture, and enterprise ServiceNow solutions.\nThe ideal candidate should have experience designing scalable ServiceNow solutions, integrating ITAM and ITOM capabilities, and guiding technical implementations across enterprise environments.\nThe consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow platform solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and architect ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM solutions based on business and technical requirements.\n\nDefine platform architecture, technical design, and implementation approaches for ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM modules.\n\nGuide the configuration and implementation of IT Asset Management and IT Operations Management capabilities.\n\nDesign and optimize Configuration Management Database (CMDB) structures and related processes.\n\nSupport ServiceNow Discovery, infrastructure visibility, and configuration management capabilities.\n\nProvide architectural guidance for hardware and software asset management integrations.\n\nDefine integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise infrastructure, monitoring, and asset management systems.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand IT operations and asset lifecycle requirements.\n\nTranslate functional requirements into scalable ServiceNow platform solutions.\n\nProvide technical leadership and guidance to ServiceNow developers and implementation teams.\n\nReview technical designs and ensure alignment with ServiceNow architecture and development best practices.\n\nTroubleshoot complex technical, integration, and configuration issues.\n\nSupport testing, deployment, platform enhancements, and post-implementation activities.\n\nMaintain solution architecture documents, technical specifications, and implementation professional experience, including 3+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM.\n\nStrong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, solution design, and implementation.\n\nHands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).\n\nUnderstanding of IT asset lifecycle management and IT operations processes.\n\nExperience designing and implementing ServiceNow ITAM/ITOM solutions.\n\nKnowledge of ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and related data management practices.\n\nExperience with ServiceNow Discovery and infrastructure configuration management.\n\nUnderstanding of ServiceNow integrations with external enterprise applications.\n\nAbility to design scalable technical solutions and integration architectures.\n\nExperience translating business requirements into solution designs and technical specifications.\n\nAbility to guide development teams and review technical implementation approaches.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).\n\nKnowledge of ServiceNow Service Mapping and Event Management.\n\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, MID Server, and REST APIs.\n\nUnderstanding of CMDB governance and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).\n\nExperience with workflow automation and ServiceNow Flow Designer.\n\nExposure to large-scale ServiceNow platform implementations.\n\nKnowledge of ITIL processes and IT service management principles.\n\nAdditional Requirements\nWillingness to work in a hybrid arrangement with 2 days per week
