ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM), platform development, configuration, customization, and integration.\nThe consultant will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing ServiceNow SAM solutions to support software asset lifecycle management, software license compliance, and operational efficiency.\nThe ideal candidate should have experience working with ServiceNow SAM capabilities and collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable platform solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions.\n\nSupport software asset lifecycle management processes within the ServiceNow platform.\n\nConfigure software asset tracking, license management, and reconciliation workflows.\n\nDevelop and maintain ServiceNow platform customizations using JavaScript and related scripting capabilities.\n\nWork with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer to implement business requirements.\n\nSupport software license compliance monitoring, normalization, and optimization processes.\n\nDevelop and maintain workflows, automation, and integrations supporting SAM operations.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow SAM configurations and platform functionality.\n\nCollaborate with ServiceNow architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders.\n\nSupport system enhancements, testing, deployments, and production issue resolution.\n\nMaintain technical documentation for application configurations, development, with strong exposure to Software Asset Management (SAM).\n\nHands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM configuration and development.\n\nStrong understanding of software asset lifecycle management and software license management.\n\nExperience developing and customizing applications on the ServiceNow platform.\n\nStrong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.\n\nExperience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.\n\nUnderstanding of ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes.\n\nExperience implementing workflow automation and platform enhancements.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow SAM-related technical issues.\n\nExperience with ServiceNow integrations and REST APIs.\n\nStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood communication and stakeholder management capabilities.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro).\n\nKnowledge of software normalization, discovery, and license reconciliation.\n\nFamiliarity with software compliance, license optimization, and asset reporting.\n\nExperience with ServiceNow
