experience in ServiceNow platform development, configuration, workflow automation, and integrations.\nThe consultant will be responsible for developing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions, particularly within the SPO area, while working closely with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow platform applications and functionalities.\n\nSupport development and customization activities related to ServiceNow SPO requirements.\n\nDesign and implement workflows, business rules, and platform automation.\n\nDevelop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.\n\nWork with ServiceNow Flow Designer to automate business processes and approvals.\n\nSupport integration of ServiceNow applications with external systems using APIs and integration tools.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical defects and platform-related issues.\n\nImplement enhancements and change requests based on business requirements.\n\nCollaborate with functional consultants and solution architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.\n\nParticipate in unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities.\n\nMaintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.\n\nSupport experience in ServiceNow platform development and configuration.\n\nExperience working with ServiceNow SPO-related functionalities or requirements.\n\nStrong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.\n\nExperience developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.\n\nPractical experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and workflow automation.\n\nUnderstanding of ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs and related integration approaches.\n\nExperience with ServiceNow platform customization, enhancements, and troubleshooting.\n\nKnowledge of ServiceNow application development, testing, and deployment.\n\nAbility to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.\n\nStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood communication and collaboration skills.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub.\n\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow ITSM and related platform modules.\n\nExposure to ServiceNow application architecture and development best practices.\n\nExperience working in Agile development environments.\n\nKnowledge of ServiceNow security, roles, and access controls.\n\nAdditional
