We are expanding from retail into manufacturing, generative media, physical AI, and healthcare.\nWe are looking for an Art Director to lead the creative direction and execution of Fynd's visual communication. This role will guide the Graphic Design team, translate business and brand goals into strong creative concepts, and ensure every output meets a high standard of craft and consistency. The Art Director will work closely with marketing, content, product, business, and leadership teams to deliver work that is clear, distinctive, and effective.\nWhat will you do at Fynd?\nSet the creative direction for brand campaigns, product launches, social media, events, presentations, employer branding, and other key communication initiatives.\nTurn briefs and business objectives into clear visual concepts, campaign ideas, and design systems.\nLead projects from concept development through final delivery, including visual exploration, reviews, feedback, and quality checks.\nGuide graphic designers on typography, layout, colour, illustration, imagery, motion, and overall visual storytelling.\nReview creative work and give specific, constructive feedback that improves both the idea and the execution.\nMaintain and evolve brand guidelines so that communication remains consistent across teams, formats, and channels.\nPartner with copywriters, marketers, product designers, photographers, filmmakers, agencies, and external vendors when required.\nManage multiple priorities and timelines while protecting creative quality and meeting delivery commitments.\nUse AI-assisted creative tools thoughtfully for ideation, exploration, rapid prototyping, image generation, and production workflows.\nPresent concepts and creative rationale to senior stakeholders, respond to feedback, and build alignment on the final direction.\nSupport team planning, allocate work based on skills and capacity, and identify opportunities to improve the design process.\nMentor designers, strengthen their craft, and help build a collaborative and accountable creative culture.\nSome specific Requirements:\n7 or more years of experience in graphic design, brand design, visual communication, or a related creative field, including experience leading creative work or a design team.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, integrated campaigns, digital design, social content, and high-quality visual execution.\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with Figma is required.\nStrong understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, colour, grids, image selection, and visual storytelling.\nAbility to balance creative ambition with business goals, timelines, channel requirements, and production constraints.\nExperience developing concepts across different formats, including static, motion, digital, print, presentations, and on-ground brand applications.\nClear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain creative decisions to design and non-design stakeholders.\nStrong attention to detail and the judgement to identify when work is ready to be released.\nExperience mentoring designers and creating a structured review and feedback process.\nComfort working in a fast-moving environment with multiple teams and changing priorities.\nGood to Have\nExperience in a technology, retail, e-commerce, SaaS, consumer, or digital-first company.\nWorking knowledge of motion design, video direction, photography, 3D, or illustration workflows.\nExperience managing agencies, freelancers, production partners, and campaign budgets.\nHands-on experience with AI design and image-generation tools, along with sound judgement on brand safety and output quality.\nWhat do we offer?\nGrowth\nAt Fynd, growth is limitless.
