We are expanding from retail into manufacturing, generative media, physical AI, and healthcare.\nWhat will you do at Fynd?\nCreate engaging, high-quality content that showcases Fynd Commerce India’s products, customer success stories, and industry insights.\nPlan, script, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.\nDevelop compelling content formats including product explainers, customer testimonials, founder conversations, event coverage, behind-the-scenes stories, and educational content.\nPartner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Design, and Customer Success teams to translate complex commerce solutions into simple, engaging narratives.\nStay on top of industry trends, creator formats, platform updates, and AI-powered content creation tools to continuously improve content quality.\nOwn the end-to-end content production lifecycle-from ideation and scripting to filming, editing, publishing, and performance analysis.\nRepurpose content across channels to maximize reach and engagement.\nCover company events, customer visits, product launches, and conferences to create real-time content.\nMeasure content performance using analytics and continuously optimize based on audience insights.\nSome specific requirements\nQualifications\n2-5 years of experience in content creation, video production, digital storytelling, or creator marketing.\nStrong portfolio showcasing social-first videos, brand storytelling, and visual content.\nHands-on experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms.\nComfortable shooting content using professional cameras as well as smartphones.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nUnderstanding of B2B SaaS, technology, retail, or commerce ecosystems is a strong advantage.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.\nSkills\nExceptional storytelling and creative thinking.\nStrong visual composition and video editing skills.\nScriptwriting and content planning.\nKnowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging content platforms.\nFamiliarity with AI-powered content creation tools is a plus.\nStrong organizational and project management skills.\nAbility to translate technical concepts into engaging content.\nCurious, proactive, and always experimenting with new content formats and trends.\nWhat do we offer?\nGrowth\nAt Fynd, growth is limitless.
