We are expanding from retail into manufacturing, generative media, physical AI, and healthcare.\nAbout the Role\nDrive the company’s fabric sourcing and export growth by independently identifying, developing, and managing high-quality fabric suppliers across categories while ensuring commercial competitiveness, supply reliability, and product quality. The role will also own export sales efforts in international markets, building strong buyer relationships and contributing directly to revenue growth, margin improvement, and long-term supply chain resilience.\nWhat will you do at Fynd?\nOwn a portfolio of enterprise accounts post-sale: onboarding, adoption, health, escalations, renewals, and expansion.\nRun weekly operational reviews and quarterly business reviews with Heads of Ecommerce, Operations Directors, and CTOs.\nTurn client problems into precise internal asks for product and engineering, and chase them to closure.\nBuild adoption dashboards and reporting so every review is led by data, not opinion.\nUse AI daily: analysing usage and ticket data, building reporting agents and automations, drafting client-ready material.\nTravel to client sites across your region as needed for go-lives, reviews, and relationship building.\nSome specific Requirements\nGraduate or post-graduate degree in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or Fashion Technology\n7-10 years of hands-on experience in fabric sourcing and raw material merchandising\nProven track record of identifying and onboarding new fabric suppliers\nExperience in export sales and closing buyers in international markets\nStrong understanding of technical fabrics, quality standards, and supply chain processes\nDemonstrated ability to negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial agreements\nPrior experience with P&L ownership or margin improvement initiatives\nExposure to multiple fabric categories and global sourcing markets\nEstablished network of fabric suppliers and international buyers\nExperience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented technology or consumer-led business\nKnowledge of export documentation, trade regulations, and international shipping processes\nWhat do we offer?\nGrowth\nAt Fynd, growth is limitless.
