You will use our in-house lead generation tool to build qualified pipelines, keep website content updated, and manage two content team members.\nWhat will you do at Fynd?\nOwn and execute the inbound and outbound demand generation strategy, aligning campaigns with business pipeline and revenue goals.\nBuild and optimize acquisition channels across organic search, email, paid campaigns, and targeted outreach to generate qualified leads.\nUse and improve our in-house lead generation tool to support prospecting, lead enrichment, segmentation, and outreach.\nWork closely with sales and RevOps to identify target accounts, define lead qualification criteria, and improve lead handoffs and conversions.\nCreate, test, and optimize outbound prospecting sequences, account-based campaigns, and lead nurturing journeys.\nOwn the content strategy and calendar for Fynd.com, covering website pages, blogs, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, and campaign content.\nEnsure Fynd.com content is accurate, relevant, and regularly updated. Manage the process from content creation and review to approvals and publishing.\nCollaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to make website updates and new content live on time.\nApply SEO best practices and test landing pages, messaging, forms, and calls to action to improve website conversions.\nManage and mentor two content team members, setting clear priorities and ensuring quality and timely delivery.\nBuild dashboards to track lead quality, campaign performance, website conversions, and pipeline contribution.\nUse AI tools and automation to improve content workflows, lead generation, and campaign execution.\nBuild a culture of consistent experimentation and optimization across demand generation and content.\nSome specific requirements\n4-8 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or content marketing for B2B SaaS or technology products.\nProven track record of generating qualified inbound and outbound leads and contributing to sales pipeline and revenue growth.\nStrong understanding of SEO, website content strategy, email marketing, account-based marketing, and conversion optimization.\nExcellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex products clearly.\nExperience managing content team members and owning content creation, review, and publishing workflows.\nHands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and prospecting tools such as Google Analytics, Apollo, Clay, and Zapier.\nStrong analytical skills to interpret campaign and website data and turn insights into actionable improvements.\nAn interest in AI tools and the ability to apply them to content, prospecting, and marketing workflows.\nProven ability to work closely with sales, RevOps, product, design, and engineering teams.\nStrong ownership, attention to detail, clear documentation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.\nWhat do we offer?\nGrowth\nAt Fynd, growth is limitless.
