We are expanding from retail into manufacturing, generative media, physical AI, and healthcare\nWhat will you do at Fynd?\nDrive outbound sales activities through calls, emails, and other communication channels\nConnect with potential clients to establish rapport, understand business requirements, and schedule product demos\nEngage with enterprise brands, retailers, and ecommerce businesses to generate qualified opportunities\nDrive and optimize the leads-to-bookings funnel to improve conversions\nMeet and exceed assigned sales and demo scheduling targets\nBuild and maintain strong relationships across brands and retail partners\nImprove customer communication, objection handling, and sales pitch effectiveness\nUnderstand customer pain points and align Fynd’s solutions accordingly\nStay updated on Indian retail, ecommerce, and SaaS market trends\nConduct market research and brand interactions to derive business insights\nPrepare effective client presentations, reports, and business proposals\nSome specific Requirements\n3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, SaaS Sales, Ecommerce, or Retail Sales\nStrong experience in outbound calling and lead generation\nProven track record in scheduling demos and driving sales conversations\nFluency in regional languages (South Indian languages / North Indian languages preferred)\nExcellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills\nUnderstanding of Ecommerce, Retail Tech, and Supply Chain ecosystem\nAbility to engage in enterprise-level conversations with brands and retail partners\nStrong negotiation and customer handling capabilities\nAbility to understand business margins and revenue impact\nStrong presentation and PPT skills\nSelf-driven, customer-centric, and target-oriented mindset\nAbility to multitask and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment\nImmediate joiners will be preferred\nWhat do we offer?\nGrowth\nAt Fynd, growth is limitless.
